Updating Sage-Math
I am using Windows 7 and when I update SageMath I usually delete the old version (and the disk) and then update to the new .ova version. How do I save my worksheets or move them over?

When you are in the old sage,
- go to "Home"
- then check the checkbox to the left of "Active Worksheets".
- Then click on "Download" and save the zip file on your hard drive.
- Go to the new vm, go to "Home", and click on upload
- Provide it the zip file. Once uploaded all your old worksheets should be there.
Check that all your worksheets are there. Now, you can delete the old vm.
