Change source code and rebuild Sage in Windows

In Windows, I made some change in sourcencode in the sbox file.

Sage doesn't take my change into account, it remain the same.

How can i rebuild it? I'm using Windows. I'm new here, please help. Thanks!

As far as I know, the Windows version of SageMath uses Cygwin. "Build Sage from source in Cygwin" section of https://wiki.sagemath.org/SageWindows may give you some clues.
