what is the difference on sage cell between Permalink and Short temporary link does it mean that Short temporary link will be able to be used only a short period of time as its name suggests ? in the case of short temp lnk, how long the link will remain valid ?

I suppose that if the server restart the short link does not exist anymore ?

Permalink is not usable in Youtube comment, there are characters that are not accepted for a link and the link's length is insane .

I guess it is not onlt a matter of the server restarting or not. Since the shortlink is identified with 6-letter lower-case chararacters, with high probability you will get a collision after 20000 (birthday paradox).

Regarding youtube, i do not have a youtube account so i can not try by myself, but i bet the culprit is the &, which is used to separate variables sent to the server. SInce only the first variable (named z) seems absolutely necessary, you can try by removing what remains, that is trnasform

into

the permanent link is not accepted in youtube comments, nor is it accepted in a comment on asksagemath .
