plot3d fail, win32 error 1114

Hi, This is the first time that I try to use plot3d function , It showed information as below: Please give me some advice to fix the problem

sage: x, y = var('x,y') sage: plot3d(x^2 + y^2, (x,-2,2), (y,-2,2))

  0 [main] python2.7 1456 child_info_fork::abort: unable to map C:\Program Files\SageMath 8.1\runtime\opt\sagemath-8.1\local\lib\python2.7\site-packages\psutil\_psutil_cygwin.dll, Win32 error 1114

Please provide information about your version of Windows, and how you installed SageMath.

Did you use the SageMath installer for Windows? Are you using a 32-bit version of Windows?

The SageMath installer for Windows is only guaranteed to work for 64-bit Windows.
