2015-03-11 03:00:04 +0200 | commented question | PIP Install Fail 6.5 I do have command line tools installed and it is Configured with: --prefix=/Applications/Xcode.app/Contents/Developer/usr --with-gxx-include-dir=/usr/include/c++/4.2.1 Apple LLVM version 6.0 (clang-600.0.57) (based on LLVM 3.5svn) Target: x86_64-apple-darwin14.1.0 Thread model: posix When I do ./sage --sh followed by which gcc i get /Applications/sage-6.5.app/contents/resources/sage/local/libexec/ccache/gcc, which seems to be the issue. How would I get the binary to use the Apple clang compiler? |

Everything seemed fine, but I tried to using ./sage pip install pandas and got the following error: I also tried ./sage --sh followed by pip install pandas and received the same error. I used what was listed there, but have been unable to figure out how to solve this issue. |
