It still won't allow me to download the 'database_gap-4.6.4' package which is available in the optional_package list. the output error reads "ValueError: There is no package name starting with 'database_gap-4.6.4'." I'm sorry I'm bad with programs and don't know what to do about this error

How do you do that? What is the syntax for the command?

Is there any way to fix this?
