I have forgotten my password. I recently installed Sage 5.4 on my computer. Previously I had installed Sage 4.7.2. I am unable to sign into Sage. How can I recover my password, or can I set up a new password?

How are you using Sage - with a virtual machine, natively on Linux or Mac, ... and on what system?  In theory you can just start Sage from the command line, and you can set passwords etc. when you start the notebook - anyway, this info will help us help you.
