ImportError after (apparently peaceful) installation

Howdy all,

After install of 10.04 64bit ubuntu (with your help), upon first invocations sage reports: ImportError. Here is the trace back:

from xml.dom.xmlbuilder import DOMImplementationLS, DocumentLS

NameError: name 'Integer' is not defined. >> Suggestions??
