Hi, I have been playing with the interact command and seems there are lot of things that can be done for high school students. However, I could not find a way in which I can save the output of a interactive session, so that I can publish it on the web or send it by email. I can always send the notebook but it is not of use for people who don't have sage installed on their computer.

TL;DR Is there is way in which the output of an interactive session can be put on a web page for people to see?

Thanks in advance.

One way would be to upload your worksheet to a public notebook server such as http://sagenb.org, publish it there and point your students to it.

Alternatively have you tried to uses your browser's "print to ... file" or "save page as ..." options? As far as your browser is concerned, a worksheet is simply a web page, so any of its mechanisms to render that into a pdf document or other file format should apply to worksheets as well.

Jason Grout reminds me that of course there is a partial workaround - I don't know if this is what you are looking for, though. Namely, check what the inputs of the last session are, and then plug those in as the defaults.

I did not know http://sagenb.org exists. That looks like a nice option. Thanks a lot.
