Hi, I have a problem to run sagemath 9.0 into jupyter. My operative system is Ubuntu 20.04

I try to install spyder but no sucess. So when to run sagemath with jupyter I get the following message:

The Jupyter notebook requires ssl, even if you do not use https. Install the openssl development packages in your system and then rebuild Python (sage -f python3).

What can I do to fix this problem?

Thaks for your help.
