  • I registered for, created a test project and created a Sage notebook. It took one second to load and I was able to start typing.

  • I then created an IPython notebook and I read Opening... for a long time. Finally, I get the error message Failed to start -- unable to connect to remote server on the top right of the screen.

  • I tried it with Firefox and Chromium (both from a Linux machine).

What did I do wrong? How can I get a more detailed error message?

This is entirely our end due to some major issues migrating SageMathCloud entirely from UW to Google Compute Engine. Don't hesitate to write to at any time with specific questions. INCLUDE A LINK TO YOUR PROJECT IN THE EMAIL!
