Hi, I have installed a sage notbook server, which is running in a school. Pupils create their accounts, but don't use it anymore after graduation. How can I find accounts, which haven't been used for longer than a year and delete them? Is it possible that i can see in the "Manage User" tab, when a user last edited a worksheet? Can this function be added? Thanks a lot

You could do this tedious workflow to check for sure if someone hasn't used it in a year, which has the advantage of being doable in the GUI:

  1. Go into Settings > Manage Users
  2. Click on each individual name
  3. Click on the "Last Edited" column to sort by date, though I think the default is newest change first.

Note that this only updates when one actually runs the worksheet - in theory, someone could have added text cells and that date wouldn't update. But that probably is a fine proxy for your purposes.

I've opened Issue 417 for this, but keep in mind that the old sagenb is in maintenance mode (at most) and so this will likely not be implemented there.
