Jmol fails to launch in terminal
Just upgraded to 6.4.1 from 6.3 and JMOL now fails to launch when plotting in 3D. Any solution will be appreciated

This was tested when we changed the way the notebook interacts with J(s)mol, and does still work for at least my setup, so we will need some more specifics about your OS, binary or compiled from scratch, and so forth. Thanks!
