as of January/February 2014, what's the best way to share worksheets with a class?

I have a worksheet that I'd like to share with a class, so that they can do some further calculations with what I did. I'm wondering what the best way to do that is. I know that if I 'publish' it, nothing really happens, since this kind of sharing is currently enabled. It's too late for me to arrange a server here for this semester. Do I have any good options?

Currently, I have been using two methods.

1) Download the worksheet file and email it to the class.

2) Download the worksheet file and put it on a wiki for the class to download later.

Both seem to work fine, but I have settled on #1 for now since my wiki software seemed to add a lot of steps to the process.

Thanks. When you email, do you also need to give any special instructions on what to do with the sws file?

I typically walk them through it in class one time to be sure they've done it once, if we are meeting in a computer lab. Otherwise, I do send some instructions.

By the way, Sage Math Cloud (http://cloud.sagemath.com) in the future will have some really great features for pushing out worksheets to a class and for collecting work from the students. @William Stein has already begun work on some of the key elements.

There are still some universities that offer open notebook with public worksheets, see for example this one.
