Is there a way to use sage and texmaker without leaving the texmaker environment i.e. click on quick-build and everything is done without doing quick-build, then running sage on the sage file form terminal then going back to texmaker to run the quick build again?
I've never used Texmaker, but it looks like it supports latexmk. So you should follow the directions to use SageTeX with latexmk and then use latexmk within Texmaker.
