Hi all, I am attempting to plot a slope field for the function x' = -x + 80 - 40*sign(t-6)

My Coding Looks Like:

var('t,x')

def sign(t):

if t > 0:

    return 1
if t == 0:
    return 0
if t < 0:
    return -1

plot_slope_field(-x+80-40*sign(t-6), (t, 0, 5), (y,0,5))

BUT EVALUATING THE ABOVE GIVES THE ERROR

TypeError: unsupported operand parent(s) for *: 'Integer Ring' and '<class 'nonetype'="">'

Can anyone help me understand what I am doing wrong?

I keep getting an error when wanting to plot a slope field x' = -x + 80 - 40*sign(t-6)

My code looks like:
