Is there some other place to download the entire compressed archive of Sage 6.6 documentation?
The usual link "You can download the entire standard documentation as a compressed file: download." at http://www.sagemath.org/help.html#SageStandardDoc is broken: that link just takes you to the page http://doc.sagemath.org/#download with all the individual file download links.
