Notebook Load File on PC

Hello,

I am running sage on PC, so I open Sage using the Virtual Box system. I have downloaded some sage files from my other computer (a Mac), but I find that I cannot load them on the PC because the Virtual box system cannot access files that run on the original PC server. Does anyone know a good way around this?

Don't know much about Virtualbox, but maybe using shared folders would be an option.
