I'm using sagenb, and I would like to import data from one worksheet to another. Both are on the server. I'm guessing that I should use attach or load commands, but I don't know what path to give them, because the files are not on my computer but on the server.

You can upload a file containing any data or sage/python program by using the Data -> Create or upload a file when you have a worksheet open. After uploading the file, you will get the option to link the file to other worksheets. Once linked, you can open the other worksheet and work with this uploaded file.
