how to smooth data ?

I tried to use Scipy/numpy example code for smoothing the data. The code didnt work for me. Also I couldnt find a command in Sage. What should I do ?

You might find some useful info in the following video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eGpicaAfdAg&feature=channel&list=UL I can't seem to find any websites that contain the published Sage notebooks that go with this video at the moment.

The array had to be a one dimenzion array, then smoothing worked fine. Nothing wrong with the code.
