Show3d has no partition option

graph.show(partition = Pi) works but graph.show3d(partition =Pi) doesn't. Is this something that might be fixed in the future? Or is there a workaround?

You can use the "vertex_colors" keyword instead. Or wait until https://trac.sagemath.org/ticket/25777 is accepted
