How do you view your questions that are pending moderator approval on this site?
If you are loggued, just click on your login on th top-right of the page, you will access your home page and the list of your questions (including the deleted ones). In your case, it is https://ask.sagemath.org/users/24632/...
Note that there is no a priori moderation, the approval is only for your first question, we do such low-pass filter to prevent spam. Once this first question is approved, any further post is directly visible by anyone.
One documented problem is that questions and answers from new users, when they contain hypertext links, are held by Ask Sage and not placed in the moderation queue.
