Actually, is there some computacional advantage to use Sagemath notebook (ubuntu) instead of Sagemath cloud?

Yes. Sagemath cloud use slow cpu's. Your computer surely is faster that one on the server. More the advantage that you dont need to stay connected to internet.
There is the advantage that you don't have to be connected to the internet ...
