Is there a function for a Puiseux series expansion? I found a posting (here) that is from 2011, but it seems that the code has not found its way into the distribution. Can someone confirm this or please point me to the right function? Thanks!
I confirm that unfortunately, no code exists for computing Puiseux series expansion yet.
There are two Sage tickets on the topic, one about Puiseux series and a later one about Puiseux polynomials.
There have also been numerous discussions on sage-devel and sage-support.
There is a package where this functionality is implemented.
