Do you mean the infinite repeating decimal, with its full repeat, or just an approximation up to a certain point?

Use N to get numeric values with arbitrary precision. Pari/GP can be used to convert from scientific to decimal.

sage: N(7950734897590/87, prec=200)
sage: gp(N(7950734897590/87, prec=200))
