Is there a PDF of the entire Sage Reference Manual, all in one PDF (not split up as here)?
I used the Python script pdf-merge.py to merge them all, correcting and preserving bookmarks, too. See the attachment or download it here (56.4 MB).
It's 13,537 pages!
(The only issue is that the PDF links don't point to the correct pages, although the bookmarks are correct.)
My browser complains about your self-signed certificate when I click on your link.
Just ignore it. It's a self-signed cert because I'm too cheap to buy a CA-issued one…

I completely agree that a split pdf makes no sense! I really would like to see a single document version as well.
