To change the name of a worksheet, click on the rounded box to the left of the file name that contains an "i." Then, you will see a dialog box appear in which you can click on the filename and change it. Closing the box records the name change.

Some help for beginners can be found by clicking on the "? help" button in the upper-right corner of the SMC page when you are logged in.

Thank you, that works. A box around the file name would make it a bit more intuitive. But it does work just fine.

The above answer solves the question, thanks. But, in this case Sage ergonomics is poor. The (i) popup explains "Edit to rename" but this message stucked me. And one cannot imagine that the name on the left upper corner can be changed by clicking on it because the name has not a html form appearance.
