I post interactive graphics on my blog using Wolfram CDF player, which is a free download for Windows but is not available for Android or Ipad. Is there a way to create interactive graphics using Sage and then embed it in a post so that small-device users can manipulate it? An example of what I do is at http://www.abstractmath.org/Word%20Pr...

I can not see your web page properly, probably because I am not on Windows and don't have the CDF player.

For sage, look at the sage cell server (http://sagecell.sagemath.org), and the interact wiki which makes use of the cell server: http://wiki.sagemath.org/interact/
