The title says it all. I would like to keep a copy of all the sage files on the cloud on my local hard drive and sync it automatically. Is there a way to do it?

I had a similar question(http://ask.sagemath.org/question/3098/accessing-cloud-via-ssh) and Wiliams answer about syncing via github coud be of interest for you, though I would really love to sync directly via ssh or something similar.

There is no official support for doing this. You can actually sync a dropbox account with a cloud project though, since I installed dropbox into cloud.sagemath. Open a cloud.sagemath terminal and type

dropbox start -i

to install the daemon -- also, see the instructions here https://www.dropbox.com/install?os=lnx

The main problem is that by default this syncs your entire dropbox folder into that cloud project, which may not be what you want.

Note: Dropbox no longer supports appropriate drive formats to allow it to work with CoCalc. See https://github.com/sagemathinc/cocalc/issues/11 (issue 11) for details.
