I have a basic but crucial problem: on 5.11-64bits, evaluating input in a notebook, is not working anymore. No combination of the enter/return key (with shift, Fn, Ctrl, Alt) triggers evaluation. Either nothing happens or the key triggers linefeed. Internal keyboard or external bluetooth keyboard alike (none having a specific Enter key).

Notes: 1) I have access to all my previous notebooks and can open them 2) A previous version of Sage (5.3-64bits) works flawlessly on my computer 2) console sage 5.11 works fine as well

Any idea how to restore/replace the shift+enter key ?

System : mac os 10.8.4 Moutain Lion

What browser are you using? There was a major change in the notebook in sage-5.4 but the changes in the notebook code are less drastic after sage-5.4.

I apologize for not being back sooner, I got taken by other stuff. I'm using firefox (v24 as of today, can't remember which version it was the day I posted the question). I haven't tried the other browsers, since unlike firefox, the server does not log me in automatically [which I guess is a feature not a bug]. Anyway, after days of trying and then sleeping over it, it now works! I haven't touched anything, except maybe a firefox update, and of course Apple's 10.8.5 update. So I have no clue as to what was blocking earlier and doesn't anymore. I will close the question, but thanks anyway for the question.
