Once all remaining issues with porting old notebooks over to Jupyter ones (notably interactive widgets) are dealt with, probably Jupyter will become the default (it already is on the virtual machine solution). See also Trac 19740. Sage Math Cloud worksheets are substantively different and perhaps less likely to be used on a local Sage notebook server.
