From the documentation at http://doc.sagemath.org/html/en/reference/interfaces/sage/interfaces/r.html, it looks like the tilde operator is not recognized. So, I think you need the following:

a =  r.lm(LLCCS00.tilde(OILBRNP), data = reader)
