A SageMath installer for 64-bit Windows installer is in the works. It is now available that installs everything for you.is in alpha testing, so if you feel like testing it, download the .exe from the first item at

https://github.com/embray/sage-windows/releases/

and run it. It should work with Windows 7 and up.
