Most likely this requires a "hard cache reset" in your browser (details vary by browser). There was a pretty major javascript update in the notebook and we get this report from time to time (and had it often while testing these upgrades), so hopefully this will take care of your problem.

By the way, if you launched the notebook directly from the 6.6 command line you should have been able to run the notebook as 6.6 as well, but if you were clicking on the app icon then you would have had to change the preference for which binary to use (which is possible to change!). So you don't need to redownload the app, in principle, when you upgrade your Sage.
