2012-09-13 06:01:31 +0200	asked a question	Sage won't work on Windows I've just installed sage on windows. I downloaded the sage 5.1 disk and installed it under VirtualBox. Now when I attempted the tutorial trying to solve `x = var('x') solve(x^2+3*x+2, x)` I got the following error: `You must install the optional Kash package to use Kash from Sage`. SInce I don't have access to the command line I couldn't attempt the solution described here. In case this question has been asked before, i couldn't find it after searching. What did I do wrong? How can I solve this? Thanks.
