Change color of alcoves in root system

I figured out how to change the panel colors of specific alcoves, but I want to change the color of the alcoves themselves. I want to make the alcoves in the list [S[0],S[1],S[2], S[0]S[2]S[1], identity] green. Below is my code just making the panels green.
