Compiling SageMath 10.4 in (K)Ubuntu 24.04

Hello, Sage Community!

I am trying to compile SageMath 10.4 in (K)Ubuntu 24.04, for which I am following the Sage Installation Guide for Linux, but after trying to install the prerequisites (first step), I get the following output:

Note, selecting 'libncurses-dev' instead of 'libncurses5-dev'
Note, selecting 'zlib1g-dev' instead of 'libz-dev'
Package maxima-sage is not available, but is referred to by another package.
This may mean that the package is missing, has been obsoleted, or
is only available from another source

Package libbrial-dev is not available, but is referred to by another package.
This may mean that the package is missing, has been obsoleted, or

E: Package 'libbrial-dev' has no installation candidate
E: Unable to locate package libbrial-groebner-dev
E: Package 'maxima-sage' has no installation candidate

Is this a known problem? Will this be a problem when trying to compile? Or will Sage itself install the required libraries?

Thank you very much in advance for your answers!
