What is the formula to create the RSZ signatures in a bitcoin transaction? Can be made with just a public key?

I'm trying to recreate manually on sage RSZ transactions. I am not sure on the formula use to create RSZ signatures in a bitcoin transaction..

1) is there a formula to create RSZ signatures via just the public key?
