Linear programmi

I am having trouble with this question.

Coyote Bill’s Casino, in Kennewick, WA, is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Along with all the other attractions and diversion, Coyote Bill’s operates a variety of gaming tables. Dealers at these tables are interchangeable. The casino has the following daily requirements for dealers:

TimeMinimum # of dealers 1 am – 5 am 7 5 am – 9 am 4 9 am – 1 pm 9 1 pm – 5 pm12 5 pm – 9 pm15 9 pm – 1 am17

A dealer may start work at the beginning of any one of the six shifts and, having begun, works eight consecutive hours. Formulate the linear program (denote the decision variables, objective function and the constraints). (Hint: Determine your decision variables thinking about how many dealers are needed). Use Excel to find the employee schedule that minimizes the total number of dealers required, meeting the minimum level of each shift’s requirements.
