Sage does not have a "drag and drop" interface for modeling, as you see in Matlab or other packages. Further, there are not built-in option for doing analysis of the parameters, etc. But, if you are willing to write the equations yourself, etc., Sage will handle the differential equations, matrices, statistics, etc. that are used in such modeling.

You might look at Scilab. It does have a drag and drop interface, called xcos, but I have not used it. See http://www.scilab.org/.
