When working on my notebook as an user I see interactive graphs. When I publish them I just see the sliders.
Version 4.7.1 running on Ubuntu 10.04 server.

Good question, this would also be a highly useful feature for me as well.

Public interacts do not currently work in the version of the notebook in 4.7.1. There is a new flask-based version of the notebook that is getting ready to be included in Sage that does support public interacts. If you want to test this out, see rkirov-flask.

I think my repository is the new focus for the new notebook: http://code.google.com/r/jasongrout-flask-sagenb/ . It would be *great* to get your comments on recent changes, Mike.

Thank you. I could test this particular option, however I was just trying Sage as an option. I'll probably not be working with it seriously for next few months.

We just upgraded sagenb.org, and there is an administrative switch now to turn public interacts on. It's currently off, and I'm not sure if it's ready to be turned on.

While I think sagenb.org is a great thing, I'd rather have sage on my own server.

Another thing you might be interested in is the single-cell server project, which lets you embed Sage and interacts on any webpage. See the examples at the bottom of http://utmost.aimath.org/, for example.
