I was wondering if there is any command for checking whether a permutation group is frobenius? If not, can you help me in writing a function which can do the same?

Please provide a sample set-up code for your question.

Does your group also come with a given action on a set $X$? https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Frobeni... - Or the question implicitly assumes that the permutation group comes "as is" with the canonical action on $1,2,\dots,n$ for the given $n$ and the natural embedding in $S_n$?
