Hi Lars. No it is not. As a matter of fact, Sage does not even have an algebraic closure for Fp. Ticket http://trac.sagemath.org/ticket/14990 is the first try at implementing $\mathbb{F}_p$. Once its code has entered Sage and stabilised, we'll be ready to think about the m.u. extension of Qp.
