L-function of elliptic curve over rational function fields

Hello,

I would like to know if the L-function of elliptic curve over rational function fields of characteristic p has been implemented in sage (it exists in Magma). If the curve is non-isotrivial it is a polynomial with integral coefficients. Thanks!
