Sage and distance learning

I think Sage and computer algebra software in general, could play an important role in math courses for remotely located students. To some extent and with some guidance I think student exploration with Sage can replace direct interaction with a math tutor. Are there any distance learning course that currently incorporate Sage as part of the "courseware"? How can Sage be integrated with other packages such as Moodle?

If you search for "moodle" on either sage-devel or sage-edu you can see various discussions of Sage-Moodle integration. As far as I know efforts for both Sage-Moodle and Sage-GeoGebra integration have not gotten anywhere, but both are clearly possible and supported by people on both sides.

It will take a developer who actually uses both of them to do it, I think. Right now I'm not sure there are many people in that category.
