I found only one reference to Sage andgrid computing:

Are there any existing projects involving Sage and grid computing?

Join the sage-grid project.

If you are familiar with gLite you can already submit your sage-jobs to BY-UIIP site. Join the sagegrid VO

Is OpenCL on the roadmap?

Grid gives you as many CPUs as there are available. So one can submit hundreds of notebooks and they will be executed on worker nodes where Sage is installed. The one question is whether you need this...
