Hi. I'm thinking of embedding SageMath Cell into some personal webpage.
Does the calculation speed of SageMath Cell heavily depends on the performance or specs of personal computer?
If so, is there any way that I can improve the calculation speed of SageMath Cell server?

The computation is done on the server that hosts SageMath Cell, not on your computer (it is not javascript). Its preformance depend on its specs and on the number of users that rely on it. If you want to improve the computation speed of SageMath Cell server, you should contribute in hosting another instance.
