Jupyter by opening file in browser

Hi, I try to employ sage notebook with sage --notebook=jupyter, browser opens but I obtain refused access to this file ~/.local/share/jupyter/runtime/nbserver-677750-open.html

. The file exists, I own it and it has permission 644.

SageMath version 9.2, Release Date: 2020-10-24 Ubuntu 21.10

Can you help me? Thanks!

Note, it works if I copy paste addresses given in CLI,
