Where can I post my research on factoring and hope someone will implement it in sagemath?
Why anyone would be interested in doing that? If your research advances the current knowledge in the area of factorization, you'd better first publish it in a peer-reviewed journal to get some recognition.
@Max Alekseyev I sent it to academia letter. I just don't think they'll accept it as it's not written in latex.
