Recover Account does not work

I lost my password to the site, tried to reset it by typing in my email address and clicking on "Recover Account", but got an error saying Gateway timed out. Tries several times and a few weeks apart, still the same error. Could someone please look into it?

Hi, thanks for reaching out. If your Ask Sage account was using Google sign-in, it's possible no password had been set at all. Did you try signing in using Google sign-in? What browser were you using? There seems to be problems with Google sign-in to Ask Sage using Safari, but in Firefox it works well.
